This event couldn't have been better timed.. just the day papers carried the news of my highest sports award #KhelRatna a time when I complete a decade in Athletics (2009 -19), Chirag Sethi also completes a decade of #classicfitness and to mark the occasion starts a wonderful initiative #AsiaEduFitSummit a program to train the trainers.

Since 2014, Chirag has been mentor for my physical fitness and sports nutrition. His students, under his able guidance have done my conditioning and 2014 to 2018 medals including Asian Games 2014 and 2018, Asian Records, Asian Championships 2016, Grand Prix 2016,2017, 2018 and above all the Paralympics Rio 2016 medal.

A great day and event for me to express gratitude and celebrate our completion of our respective a decade journey.
